Patricia Jiggetts brings over 30 years of experience in education, trauma-informed leadership, and program design. She founded GRO MicroSchool from a deeply personal conviction: that every child — especially those others had given up on — deserves a safe, nurturing, and academically rigorous environment.
GRO was built to bridge the gap between academic excellence and emotional wellness. Patricia's approach weaves faith, data, and deep humanity into every policy, every lesson plan, and every relationship the school builds with families.
